Karnataka medium pacer R Vinay Kumar was ruled out of the Twenty20 series against England due to a strained right calf muscle, said Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Secretary Sanjay Jagdale on Tuesday(18-12-2012).
"The selection committee has picked Abhimanyu Mithun as his replacement in the Indian squad," said Board secretary Jagdale in a statement.
