July 23 2013: Fast bowlers James Pattinson and Peter Siddle have signed for Melbourne Renegades for the next two seasons of the BBL.
Muttiah Muralitharan re-signed for the Big Bash League (BBL), Australia’s domestic Twenty20 competition, with the Melbourne Renegades on Tuesday (July 23).
Muralitharan, who ended his Test career with a record 800 Test wickets, was the Renegades’ leading bowler last season in the BBL and will partner Fawad Ahmed, the legspinner who is currently playing for Australia A.
